Emily Lauckhart -founder, Treasurer

Emily is a long time theater actor, director and pit musician.  She has her Masters in the Creative Arts as well as a teaching degree in music.

Upon moving to Seattle 6 years ago Emily begin directing for Northwest Savoyards, Driftwood Players, Kingsplayers and Village Theatre.  Through working with these companies she began her journey of beginning her own company.

Starting her own production company has been a dream of hers for years now.  After a lot of planning and handpicking a solid production team she is now ready to bring Rogue to life!  Rogue Theatrics is here to make their audiences think, gasp, laugh and cry.  If you have any suggestions for a production, either a play or a musical, please contact us.  We're always planning ahead!

Aside from beginning this production company Emily also teaches private music lessons out of her house in Edmonds.  Visit her lesson page at: www.musicwithemily.com

Jennifer Klouse - founder, President

Jennifer received her formal music and theater education at Eastern Washington University and has over 20 years of theater and professional performing under her belt, starting early in school productions and her involvement in extracurricular, professional choirs. Since then Jennifer's passion for bringing and sharing art with others has taken her all over the world, performing in such places as Washington DC, San Francisco, Vienna, Salzburg, Prague, London, Essen, Cologne and Rome and with such greats as Tony Award winning composer Marvin Hammlisch, Grammy Award winning director Gunther Schuller and Professor Peter Schickele of PDQ Bach fame.

Recently, Jennifer realized a childhood dream and performed in Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City.

Locally, Jennifer has worked with the Seattle Gilbert and Sullivan Society, participating in productions of the Mikado, Utopia, Ltd and HMS Pinafore at Seattle Repetory Theater; with Northwest Savoyards, playing Mrs. Sowerberry in Oliver! and Ruth in Ruddygore and, to great acclaim, reprising her role as Mrs. Sowerberry with Lyric Opera Northwest's production of Oliver! at the Moore Theater in downtown Seattle.

Jennifer spends her non theater time ardently volunteering for the Vivace! Choral Program (www.vivacechoral.com) in the South Puget Sound; a 501(c)(3) certified organization dedicated to the educating and mentoring of young artists and musicians. She is passionate about giving to kids the positive and nurturing environment she was given as a child; a safe haven of choral excellence, where kids and young adults are free to express themselves musically without  worry of prejudice or intolerance. She firmly believes there is nothing more important to the arts community than the outreach and consistent education of young artists.

On another note, Jennifer feels that coming together with such fantastic, like-minded artists to create Rogue Theatrics has been a dream come true. She thanks you for heartily supporting our endeavors and for helping keep community theater alive.

Erin Wise -founder, Secritary

Erin is a performer at heart.  Since the age of 9 she knew that the stage was here home. At Eastern Washington University Erin embraced the world of theatre doing everything from Opera to Musicals which led her to finishing her B.A.E in music.  After EWU Erin went on to pursue acting further on scholarship to the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC where she got her professional certification in the arts.

Theatre is her passion and bringing it to people of all ages is her goal and ambition.  Since arriving in Seattle Erin has performed at the Freehold series and all over with such companies as Northwest Savoyards, Lyric Opera Northwest, Seattle Gilbert and Sullivan playing the part of Melen in Utopia Limited and  Buttercup in H.M.S Pinafore at the Seattle Repertory Theatre last June, and recently the part of Zora in Ruddigore with the Northwest Savoyards. Erin is also a private acting instructor and has directed in Seattle Once Upon a Mattress, Annie and most recently Guys & Dolls.  Being a part of a theatre company has been her dream and she is so excited to be a part of such a wonderful team of ladies that believe in the importance of Art.
